We dropped by their Uchisar office at 8:30 PM, and just seven hours later, we were en route to the Monks Valley (Paşabağ) launch site. Our skilled pilot Ms. Sabire and her friendly ground crew guided us gracefully across 10 km of Cappadocia’s most iconic landscapes over the course of an hour.
